Loving son to Hazel,
brother to Marion and Kathleen,
uncle to Tammy, Donna, Rehedyn
and Caedan.
Loved by many, an icon in Canberra and
unofficial Mayor of Manuka.

He lived life to the fullest.

As was Frank’s wishes,
preferring a party to a funeral,
there will be a private viewing at the
Tobin Brothers Chapel, 75 Canberra Avenue
Kingston on THURSDAY 27 June 2024
commencing at 10 am.
A private cremation will be held,
and a memorial service will follow later in July.
