Passed away peacefully at
Clare Holland House.

Loved and loving husband of Ewa,
father of Helen and Paul,
son of Pam, and brother of
Kathy, Karen and Brian.

The Funeral Service for Scott will be held in the chapel of Norwood Park Crematorium, 65 Sandford Street, Mitchell on TUESDAY, 21 May 2024 commencing at 10:30am.

Scott’s family wishes to thank all of the staff at Clare Holland House for surrounding Scott with such exceptional care and love, truly going
above and beyond.

Big thanks to the Canberra Region Cancer Centre for making everything easier, and allowing Scott quality of life for as long as possible.

Scott’s family also wish to thank both the Peace of Mind Foundation and Rise Above for their support during Scott’s illness.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CANTEEN Australia in memory of Scott.
