Dale passed away on 30 May after a short illness.

Dale’s greatest joy was spending time with his beloved grandchildren, including cooking for them, playing with the smaller ones and teaching the bigger ones how to cook.

Dale is survived by his three children and six grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by his family, and fondly remembered by all for his generosity, sense of humour and love of cooking.

A memorial service will be arranged later this year.
