BARRETT, Malcolm, Campbell
Dad,
I thought we would have all the time in the world together.
Since your diagnosis with MND, life became harder than anyone could have thought in so many ways.
There is so much to still do with you, so much I need you by my side for. So many stories I haven’t heard yet.
Our time was cut short sooner than some but we will always cherish the good times with you.
My little family share your sense of humor, your crazy antics and yes, even the relentless dad jokes you always had on hand.
You will be forever celebrated for the man you are.
I will always share a drink with you on a hard day. I’m no good at home brew, but I’ll always open a speights for us. You can always have the first sip.
You will forever be remembered for your love of New Zealand fish and chips and the world famous, choccie and beer.
I know you aren’t able to physically be here with us, but I know you will forever be in our memory and follow us on all of our adventures, sharing the wins and losses as a family.
We will always remember being with you on your last days and sharing a meal with Noeline and your twin Max, who you always considered an extension of yourself, toasting to you on your final hours.
We can’t wait to see what you have in store for us to let us know you’re still here, watching down and smiling. Creating a little trouble here and there for us!
Here’s to you dad!
We will always love you,
Sean, Courtney & Makenzie.
