Passed away peacefully on 22nd January 2024 at Campbelltown Hospital, aged 77 years.

Dearly loved husband of Margaret.
Father of Ky, Tamahra and Rohan and Grandpa to their children.
Brother, Uncle, and Doctor.
Loved and appreciated by all who knew him.

A Memorial Service for David will be held at Gledswood Homestead, 900 Camden Valley Way, Catherine Field
at 10.30 am on Thursday
1 February 2024.
